We collect information you provide directly: email address, coaching role, and optional referral source when you join the waitlist. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser information to prevent abuse.

2. How we use it

Waitlist data is used solely to contact you about SimplexCoach beta access and product updates if you opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage and security

Data is stored in encrypted databases on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with industry-standard security practices. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with this website. Analytics data is anonymous and used only to improve our service. You can opt out via your browser settings or a GA4 opt-out extension.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@simplexcoach.com. We will respond within 30 days.
